  The Centre for Learning and Development determines organizational development strategies and diagnoses organizational context in partnership with central agencies such as Cabinet Secretariat, Rural Secretariat, Government Purchasing Agency, Public Service Commission, Department of Finance, and House of Assembly.

• Strategic and Consultative Services
  
  Strategic and consultative resource to Departmental Ministers, Executive, Senior Management and Human Resource Professionals to develop the core public service. The Centre provides guidance in several areas including change management, performance management, succession planning, talent management, organizational culture, coaching, competency development, leadership, media relations, and other key elements to realize performance objectives of Government.
