Violence Prevention

To demonstrate our commitment to ensuring a safe, secure and respectful workplace and to prevent all forms of violent behaviour and inappropriate conduct at our workplaces, the Government of NL has developed resource guides for both managers and employees, which provide strategies to help them prevent and deal with incidents of workplace violence which may be committed by a client or outside party.
