The Women’s Policy Office has a staff of nine which include:

• Director of Research and Planning
• Director of the Violence Prevention Initiative
• Senior Research and Policy Analyst
• Communications and Policy Research Analyst
• Violence Prevention Initiative Provincial Training Coordinator
• Violence Prevention Initiative Public Relations and Research Coordinator (Vacant)
• Clerk IV
• Library Technician

Heather MacLellan, Assistant Deputy Minister, reports directly to the Minister Responsible for the Status of Women, Joan Burke.
